On April 14th, 1912, guests on the maiden voyage of the Titanic dined in four dining rooms according to a strict class structure. It was widely agreed to have been the finest food afloat. Tonight Chef Tyler takes us on a journey back in time, and across classes to sample dishes inspired by documented menus from this iconic voyage.
