Anyone who has been to Barcelona will marvel at the work of the architect Gaudi. His buildings are fantastical, and Chef Tyler is inspired by the colors, textures, and shapes which are sure to show up in this meal! It will be anchored by Mediterranean and Spanish cuisine and like Beaufort, Barcelona is coastal, so we'll feature seafood.
