Lots of cultures have fabulous food traditions, but Italy provides some well-loved and satisfying culinary experiences regardless the time of year. For this holiday season, Chef Tyler brings you a festive menu inspired by Italy and its traditions of family, community and it’s legendary “La Dolce Vita”.

Roasted Eggplant with Mint. Ricotta and Fig with Habersham Honey. Marinated Artichoke Hearts with Capers.

Handmade Sheets of Pasta, Pesto, Pecorino, Fresh Basil

Breaded Cutlets, Marinara, Mozzarella, Crisp Greens, Vegetables

Warm Polenta and Apple Cake with Whipped Mascarpone
