Season Two: Episode 9: Seussian

Much like Doctor Seuss was actually named Theodore Geisel, Barbarloot Fruits and Truffula Shoots (elements of Cheesy Cheese Louise) are sometimes called tomatoes and asparagus tips by less creative humans. Tonight we celebrate the child in all of us with Chef Tyler’s menu of inspired Seussian delights. It does not really matter what they are called, so long as they are delicious. Dr. Seuss helped us realize that life, as in good food, can be successfully addressed with humor and whimsy. Serious subjects can often have more impact when addressed from a different, less reverential angle. The Cat in the Hat tends to agree! Enjoy!
