Season Two: Episode 8. A Tale of Two Cities

The great Dickens novel “A Tale of Two Cities” takes place at a time of great unrest, in two great cities of the world. Both London and Paris share stories of great human challenge and tragedy through the centuries, but both also share stories of triumph, grace and ultimately, humanity. Tonight we celebrate some of the iconic culinary dishes of each city, in this very special place we call our home. It’s not Paris or London, but it’s where we are “recalled to life”. Bon Appetit and Enjoy!
